Roughan Contracting was founded in 2018 by Charlie Roughan and his sons, Josh and Zac, continuing the proud legacy of Charlie’s parents, Mataline and the late Jack Roughan, former Director of Niue’s Public Works Department.

With a background in plumbing, roofing and civil construction, Charlie has worked with the Niue Government on projects supplying and installing UV water systems for local schools and the hospital. Charlie and his team are focused on practical, sustainable solutions.
